- Stage 1
Applied
Your online application will be reviewed by a member of the IT Recruitment team to ascertain if you are a potential match to the role requirements
- Stage 2
Review
Your application will be carefully reviewed by our team to assess how well your qualifications and experience align with the requirements of the role. We will evaluate your skills, background, and suitability to determine if you are a potential fit for the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Stage 3
Interview
You will be invited to interview with the hiring manager for the role where they will not only assess your skills and experience as well as providing your more information the position, the team and KSC.
- Stage 4
Final Interview
You will be invited to a final interview with key decision-makers for the role. During this stage, they will further evaluate your skills, experience, and overall fit for the position, as well as provide additional insights into the team, the company culture, and the key success criteria for the role.
- Stage 5
Outcome
At this stage the hiring team will be ready to decide who to offer. Regardless of what stage you make it to, we really value your time and effort in interview. Feedback will be provided by the recruitment team.
